1、自我介绍不要太短，更不要太长，重点要突出，要有中心思想。也就是在面试前，对应聘的企业的文化、产品、岗位需要的技能做一定的了解，最好和面试考官见面时，根据自己的阅历，对考官的倾向做一个判断，然后组织好自己的语言，在介绍时，通过描述，塑造自己在别人心目中的'印象，比如应聘文员，你需要判断那个岗位需要的是细心、有热情、文字功底强等等，你就需要在自我介绍中主要介绍你这方面的能力和成绩，不要想着一个介绍从自己小学开始一直讲到大学毕业。

2、介绍最后需要总结一下，更强调你与这个岗位的符合性，比如“我认为我在文字功底方面的能力很强，也有相关的经验和良好的成绩，我非常符合您的岗位要求”，这样不仅是继续提醒考官注意你这方面的能力，也表达出了你非常好的自信和加入公司的兴趣。

3、介绍切勿有一句答一句，有些面试者惜字如金，有一句答一句，考官面试没多久就会失去兴趣，但是也切勿滔滔不绝，会让人产生，你的理解能力有问题，和不切实际、浮躁的印象。

4、准备好了面试介绍，最好找你熟悉的人练习下，这样多练习几次，不仅会减少你的紧张，而且也会得到一些建议。比如我在mba面试的过程中，提前已经知道需要在3分钟内介绍下自己，我提前做了草稿，但是写在纸上是很流利的，自己介绍时不通畅，所以我专门练习了10次，不断修改，减少了一些次要的描述，保证在3分钟内能给人留下比较好的印象。

另一种方法

一、将简历中的所有工作经验都改成与采购有关的工作;

二、介绍原单位的产品零部件，因为你熟知，至少你知道;

三、整理一下你知道的采购流程，谈谈对你对安会库存的看法(最低库存量)

四、不专业的东西巧妙回答，少说多听，有问必答;
